Starting the Day Right
My day usually starts early, at around 6:00 AM. When other people are just waking up, I’m already in our warehouse, checking on inventory and making sure we have all the parts for the day’s scheduled repairs & installations. We handle a wide range of brands, from popular ones like Goodman and Rheem to lesser-known quality manufacturers. It can be hectic, but it’s always rewarding when a project comes together. By 8:00 AM, the service team is all set and ready to hit the road to our first stop.
On the Road and On-Site
Our services include both residential and commercial HVAC repair and installation. So, whether we’re heading to a family house or a big office building, there’s always the thrill of a challenge and a new environment. When we arrive on-site, we consult with our clients, understand their needs, and we delve right in. We try to diagnose issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing the downtime for systems and ensuring our clients can return to a comfortable climate as soon as possible.

Behind every successful repair or installation is a team of professionals who continually upgrade their knowledge. After a long day’s work, I return to our office at Long’s Air Conditioning, Inc. We reflect on the day, the challenges we faced and our accomplishments. Even after the typical day ends, we are still on call, ready to head out for emergency repairs. Because in our line of work, we understand how crucial a functioning AC or heating system can be. As for me, I wouldn’t trade this job for anything else. It’s more than just fixing and installing; it’s about making people’s lives comfortable. And as tiresome as the day can sometimes be, I always look forward to doing it all over again tomorrow.
